CLEANER
Grade 1 Point 2 – £24,413 p.a. pro-rata (Actual salary approx. £7,440)
12½ hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks holiday cleaning

We are looking for a cleaner to join our fast paced, friendly team for 2½ hours per day, 3.15-5.45pm, Monday to Friday, during term time. The contract includes 3 weeks holiday cleaning per year, carried out during the day. Holiday hours are made up of 12½ hours over the February/October half term, 12½ hours during the Easter holiday and 12½ hours during the last 2 weeks of the Summer holidays, where the working hours can be flexible.

SITE ASSISTANT
PERMANENT
Grade 4 (Point 7-10) £26,403-£27,694 per annum (actual approx. £21,408-£22,455)
30 hours per week, Hours Monday 7.30am – 2pm and Tuesday – Friday 11.30am – 6pm, all year round
Bettridge is looking to appoint an honest, reliable and committed individual to fill this post. The post holder will be required to work under the line management of the Site Manager to assist with general maintenance, safety and security of the school grounds, vehicles and buildings. The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team is essential. The role is physically demanding and includes working both indoors and outdoors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to utilise their competent DIY skills and develop further to become part of a friendly and hardworking team.
Hours – 30 hours per week, Monday 7.30am – 2pm and Tuesday – Friday 11.30am – 6pm with half an hour unpaid lunch.
School experience is preferred but not essential – this is an opportunity for someone who has an interest in property maintenance, is practical, has initiative and a willingness to learn as there will be training for a large range of high tech building equipment such as sprinkler systems, under floor heating, electro-magnetic doors, etc. The school has a hydrotherapy pool that requires skilled maintenance for which training will also be given.

Are you organised, calm under pressure, and great at problem-solving? Bettridge School (Cheltenham, GL51) is looking for a part-time Staff Deployment Supervisor to join our
friendly team. We’re a dedicated school with 144 pupils, and we need someone to help ensure every class has the staff it needs, every day.
What you’ll do:
• Coordinate the daily deployment of teachers and teaching assistants, including
agency staff
• Update the staffing calendar and keep records accurate
• Arrange cover for staff absences swiftly and efficiently
• Communicate staffing plans clearly with all relevant staff

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling or staff coordination (preferred)
• Ability to remain flexible and proactive
• IT confidence and attention to detail

Supply Teaching Assistant
Grade 4 point 7-10 (£24,294-£25,545 pro rata)
We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who are available to cover for staff absence at short notice on a daily basis and are able to work a full day, 8.45am-3.15pm.
You could be working anywhere within the school for general class support. Qualifications are not essential, however, experience/interest with pupils with complex special educational needs would be an advantage.

Disability Confident
Disability Confident is creating a movement of change, encouraging employers to think differently about disability and take action to improve how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people.
It was developed by employers’ and disabled people’s representatives to make it rigorous but easily accessible – particularly for smaller businesses.
